Stacie was professional. She assessed the problem, and explained the two options available to resolve the problem, plus the cost for each. She cleaned up the small mess created by the removal and installation of a new garbage disposal installation. She also explained the warranty. I was very pleased with Stacie and with Thousand Oaks Plumbing.

5/5 stars. From the first call to the office, TO Plumbing was attentive and understanding. During business hours, I always reached a real person when I called, which was very helpful. Cristian, who installed the cleanout, was transparent, ethical, and communicated clearly. Alberto, who did the hydrojet, was friendly and timely with this work. Happy to have such a reliable company in the neighborhood. Will use them again if ever needed.

I am in Real Estate so I meet with a variety of service vendors and I am very selective in giving five star ratings. Chris, with Thousand Oaks Plumbing serviced my daughter‘s condo. We found him to be honest, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond. We will continue to use him as well as refer him to my real estate clients. KF
