  Stacie was professional.  She assessed the problem, and explained the two options available to resolve the problem, plus the cost for each. She cleaned up the small mess created by the removal and installation of a new garbage disposal installation.  She also explained the warranty.   5/5 stars. From the first call to the office, TO Plumbing was attentive and understanding. During business hours, I always reached a real person when I called, which was very helpful. Cristian, who installed the cleanout, was transparent, ethical, and communicated clearly. Alberto, who did the hydrojet, was friendly and timely with this work.
