  I was able to book service for the same day; I received a text confirming the time, and including a pic of the technician who would be coming; Stacie was right on time; friendly (to my dogs as well!); knowledgeable; and completed the repair quickly.   Brad from TO Plumbing was fantastic. He arrived within 45 mi utes if my call. He immediately diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue. He not explained everything to me but he also did a complete courtesy home inspection and provided me with written information. I would highly recommend TO Plumbing and Brad to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable plumber.

  I’ve always had a great experience with Thousand Oaks plumbing! They recently came out and did an extensive full flush of my pipes. They said the pipes almost look brand new now and everybody was so kind and efficient and did a great job! Highly recommend this company.
